I have been writing this blog for more than ten years now, and in those years, I’ve never failed to post at least once a month.
But I keep coming perilously close.
It’s not that I’ve run out things to say or stories to tell - far from it. I am short on the time in which to do it.
Between my full time job (which I love dearly) and parenting a two year old, nearly every minute of my life is claimed.
I am also coming off of nearly a month straight of travel. I was in California for the last week of March, in Colorado over the Easter weekend, and just returned from a multi-day conference in Arizona.
Needless to say, I am behind on everything else.
So please don’t ever think I am done with this blog if and when I do miss a month. Writing is a joy to me, and it’s a form of therapy I need dearly.
I just run out of time.
